When you book our service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply complete the setup by choosing a password, and you’ll be all set to access your account and manage your services with ease.

Our Standard Cleaning service covers all aspects of cleaning your home or apartment, including vacuuming and cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and dusting. Additionally, we offer optional extra services such as cleaning inside the fridge and oven, which can be easily selected on our booking form when you choose your service.

Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Simply select these details on our website, and your personalized price will be displayed instantly.

We provide our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies, but if you have any special requests, please let us know. We’ll be happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

To add any special requests or comments to your service, simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and include your notes there.

Pricing & policies

To use a coupon or gift card, simply enter the code into the booking form when creating your booking. Your final price will automatically adjust to reflect the coupon balance. You can also log into your account at any time to check the balance on your gift cards.

 

We provide numerous incentives for our clients, including discounts on recurring services, special offers for holidays, and birthday perks.

In most cases, you can enter your coupon code directly into the booking form. If you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

To participate in our referral program, log into your account to obtain your unique referral ID. Share this ID with your friends, and when they book using it, they’ll receive a $25 discount. As a thank you for referring them, you’ll earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to your future services.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page.

Log into your account using the “Login” button and select “Forgot Password” and enter your email address, from there you will be prompted to complete a password reset

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Trust & safety

All of our team members undergo a rigorous interview process and pass a comprehensive nationwide background check. Only about 10% of applicants are selected to become our certified cleaners, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.

If anything goes wrong, we’re committed to making it right. Please notify us immediately, and we’ll promptly address the issue. That’s our promise to you!

2. 256-Bit Security on Booking Form: An additional layer of encryption ensures your data is secure during the booking process.

Moreover, we do not store your credit card numbers; instead, we use a secure token that allows us to process transactions without exposing sensitive information. Rest assured, we take your security very seriously.

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, we’ll return to re-clean within a 7-day window. If, after the re-clean, you still feel we haven’t met your expectations to the point where you’d recommend us to friends, we’ll provide a full refund.

 

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know. We’ll dispatch a team to correct the issue within 24 hours. If, after the re-clean, you’re still not satisfied with the service, we offer a full refund.
